Today, Microsoft finally announced its schedule for the event. Indeed, the company has held true to its promise by revealing its biggest E3 presence ever. This will include the Xbox E3 2019 briefing on June 9. “We’ve been hard at work and are excited to share more of our plans for one of the gaming industry’s biggest annual events,” Microsoft’s Will Tuttle announced. “That’s right: E3 is just under two months away and we’ve got a great show lined up for gaming fans around the world. From our briefing to our fan events, the Xbox Experience to the Xbox Official Gear Shop, this will be our biggest E3 presence ever and we can’t wait to share more about what we’ve got up our sleeves for the future. What to Expect
As you can see, Microsoft has avoided specifics of what its Xbox E3 2019 Briefing will be about. However, its promise to go big at E3 this year should mean something special is planned. For a start, we expect Microsoft to focus on digital technology. The company’s Xbox One S All-Digital Edition is expected to launch before E3, but we still expect it to feature at the event. Elsewhere, Microsoft will undoubtedly talk a lot about Project xCloud. Xbox chief Phil Spencer has promised E3 will hold big developments on xCloud, so we expect a full platform rundown and hopefully launch dates.
